The first half of the webinar will cover cost and pricing support provided by the DCMA Cost and Pricing Command – Pricing Division, including Proposal Reviews, Overhead Should Cost Reviews, and Negotiation Support. Mr. Jeff Fusco and Mr. Matt Hamilton will discuss each mission area and highlight the Pricing Division’s value proposition. The session will also provide easy step-by-step instructions for identifying the appropriate pricing team and submitting requests for DCMA cost and pricing support.
During the second half of the webinar, Mr. Scott McDonald will cover key topics including the Funds Lifecycle (FLC) process—focusing on mitigating fund cancellation risks and highlighting trends and lessons learned—as well as an overview of novation agreements, including how they are processed and how they differ from change-of-name agreements and other corporate structure changes such as business combinations and restructuring.
