Implementation of Key Performance Objectives in CAS2Net and Federal Register Notice Amendments Impact on CAS2Net

Participants in the AcqDemo Program Office Open Forum learned how Key Performance Objectives (KPOs) would be integrated into existing performance management processes and how implementation and utilization metrics would be collected to support Department leadership oversight and congressional reporting requirements. The AcqDemo Program Management Office (PMO) was evaluating CAS2Net enhancements that might incorporate KPO-related questions and workflow steps into Contribution Planning, Mid-Point Review, and Annual Assessment to strengthen performance tracking and reporting. The session also addressed the Federal Register Notice’s impact on out-of-cycle within-broadband increases, the Distinguished Contribution Allowance, and the expansion of Accelerated Compensation for Developmental Positions.
